Neil Hardy

Neil Hardy is an experienced metallurgist with a strong background in materials engineering, holding a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree from Sheffield Hallam University. Neil began professional career at Sheffield Testing Laboratory as a Metallurgical Assistant before progressing to roles at Tata Steel, including Researcher and Development Metallurgist. In 2010, Neil joined Sheffield Forgemasters, advancing from Product Metallurgist to Technical Manager, demonstrating significant expertise in metallurgical processes. Neil also holds HNC and ONC qualifications in Materials Engineering from Rotherham College Of Arts and Technology.
