Dr Louise Freeman-Parry

Dr. Louise Freeman-Parry is a Principal Lecturer and International Lead at Sheffield Hallam University, specializing in Biosciences and Chemistry since October 2008. Dr. Freeman-Parry leads the collaborative course for the MSc in Medical Devices and oversees healthcare courses while also being a module leader in Pharmaceutics and Pharmacology. As a Senior Lecturer in Clinical Pharmacology, Dr. Freeman-Parry teaches both undergraduate and postgraduate students in subjects such as pharmacology, pharmacokinetics, and pharmaceutical ethics. Prior to academic roles, Dr. Freeman-Parry served as Pharmacy Modernisation Manager at Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, leading a team of 45 staff and coordinating postgraduate training in Clinical Pharmacy. Dr. Freeman-Parry holds a PhD in Microbiology of Wound Infection from Sheffield Hallam University and multiple degrees in pharmacy and education from various institutions, including the University of Manchester and the University of Leeds.
