Tony Williams

Tony Williams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in organizational consulting and executive coaching. Currently serving as a Global Account Director at Korn Ferry and a Charity Committee Board Member at The Foreign Correspondents' Club in Hong Kong, Tony has also held significant leadership roles, including President of the ICF Hong Kong Chapter, where contributions included enhancing social impact initiatives and leading team growth during challenging times. Previous positions include Founder and Managing Director at Will Exell, where notable projects involved serving as interim CHRO for a global tech firm and COO of Global HR at HSBC. Tony holds a Master’s degree in Social and Organisational Leadership from Charles Sturt University and certifications from the Institute of Executive Coaching & Leadership.
