Ben Richardson

Ben joined Sheffield Haworth in 2017 as part of the acquisition of nbi Consulting where he was CEO. As Managing Director, he leads the Business & Professional Services team globally. Ben has successfully led global search assignments for clients sourcing talent from over 30 countries. He now works across a range of industries and disciplines for several leading global organisations, and has functional and service line experience in digital, analytics, information security, technology, human capital, operations, business development and general management. In addition to traditional searches Ben has delivered a range of talent and mapping programmes.

After graduating from Aston Business School, Ben began his career in the consulting and outsourcing sector before making the transition into executive search.
