Gene Swift

Gene Swift is an experienced executive search consultant currently serving as Director of Global Banking Executive Search at Sheffield Haworth since April 2021, focusing on senior roles in corporate and commercial banking. Prior to this, Gene worked as a Marketing & Communications Consultant at White Hat Trolls, specializing in pre-crisis business strategy. Gene's extensive career at Wells Fargo spanned from December 2000 to November 2017, where positions included Senior Vice President for Wholesale Banking Marketing and various leadership roles in marketing and communications across multiple divisions. Gene's earlier roles feature analysis and development positions in the film industry and a brief academic tenure as a Visiting Instructor at Middlebury College.
