Richard Yolland is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in data and digital strategy, particularly within the financial services sector. Currently serving as an Advisory Partner at Sheffield Haworth, Richard leads Data and Web3 advisory streams for top-tier investment banks and asset managers. Previously, Richard held key roles at Copper.co, including Head of Commercial Programmes and Head of Solution Engineering, where responsibilities included the successful launch of a Web3 business line in the UAE and the delivery of technology solutions for clients. Richard's background includes significant leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, BNP Paribas, Commerzbank AG, Rand Merchant Bank, Nedcor Investment Bank, and Investec Investment Bank, with a strong focus on data governance, business architecture, and operational transformation. Richard holds a BSc Honours in Physics and Applied Mathematics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
