Timothy Sheffield

Timothy Sheffield is an experienced professional in the fields of executive search, leadership advisory, and transformational change. As the Board Chair at Sheffield Haworth since January 1993, Timothy has been instrumental in addressing complex talent challenges for leadership teams globally. In addition, Timothy serves as Director at TALNT, providing AI-driven reporting solutions for executive movements, and holds the position of Board Member and Chair for the Europe, Middle East and Africa Council of the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants since February 2022.
