Neale Franklin

Neale Franklin has a diverse work experience in the theatre and entertainment industry. They began their career at Adlib - Sound, Light and Visual Solutions in 2016 as a Service Engineer, where they were responsible for maintaining and repairing sound, lighting, and visual equipment. From 2018 to 2020, they worked at Theatre By The Lake as a Theatre Technician, where they assisted in the technical operations of the theatre productions. Currently, Neale holds the role of Head of Lighting at Sheffield Theatres since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Lighting Technician at Sheffield Theatres from March 2020 to August 2022.

Neale Franklin attended The University of Manchester from 2013 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology.
