Tania Macdonald is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive search and credit risk management. Currently serving as the Head of Search at Sheffield South Island since February 2016, Tania oversees a research team focused on talent identification and sourcing for high-level appointments. Prior to this role, Tania held positions such as Senior Search Consultant at Sheffield and worked in equity derivatives credit risk and project management at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and Deutsche Bank. Tania also has experience in sales trading, having worked at Hambros Bank, and was involved in account executive roles at Harvey Nash. Tania holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Wales.
