For over 45 years, Sheffler & Company, Inc.’s staff of Professional Engineers, Surveyors and Land Planners have served the Tri-State area. In 1970, Gary A. Sheffler Sr., PLS founded Sheffler & Company, Inc. – a small, family owned Land Surveying company. Shortly after, Sheffler & Company, Inc., expanded to include Civil Engineering and Land Planning. The company was lead for many years by Gary A. Sheffler, Sr. and his wife, Dorothea. Over these years, they became recognized as a local authority in Surveying and Civil Engineering by lending institutions, municipal authorities and private real estate developers. In 1990, Gary “Bud” A. Sheffler, Jr. and his wife, Cristina L. Sheffler, joined the family business to contribute to their growth and success.
