Katrina A Harmel, E.I.T. is an experienced civil engineer with a strong background in project management and engineering within the municipal, land development, and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Sheffler & Company, Inc. since July 2019, Katrina has previously held project management roles at The DDS Companies and Tri-County Engineering, LLC, specializing in consulting engineering and construction for energy and land development projects. Earlier career experience includes project engineering at American Water and Keystone Clearwater Solutions, focusing on shale development, and serving as a Sr. Lead Engineer at GAI, where responsibilities included design and permitting for oil and gas projects. Katrina earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Louisville in 1997.
