Wael Abou Shady Mba

Wael Abou Shady holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and various HR certifications, including SHRM-SCP, SPHRi, and PHRi. With extensive experience in human resources, Wael currently serves as the Head of Human Resources at Sheikh Khalifa Specialty Hospital since November 2022. Prior roles include Head of Human Resources at Drs. Nicolas & Asp and Human Resources Manager at Saudi German Hospitals Group UAE, where responsibilities spanned from 2012 to 2022. Wael's career began as an HR Specialist at Al-Nour Eye Hospital, culminating in leadership positions across multiple healthcare organizations. Educational credentials also include a diploma in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo and a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Ain Shams University.
