Jungen Huang

Jungen Huang is a seasoned logistics professional currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Shein EU Fulfillment at SHEIN Distribution Corporation since November 2023. In this role, Jungen is responsible for the setup and expansion of the Shein EU Regional Fulfillment Center network, focusing on operations excellence and network optimization. Previous experience includes roles as Director of EU Gateway & LineHaul & Hub Operations at Cainiao Network, where Jungen established the EU Gateway and managed hub operations across multiple countries, and as a Senior Transportation Manager at Amazon, overseeing EU transportation and operations. Earlier career highlights include continuous improvement management at Kuehne + Nagel and logistics specialist roles at Huawei Technologies. Jungen holds an MBA in Logistics Management from Technische Universität Dresden and a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Economics from Nanchang University.
