Alice Hou

Alice Hou is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as Senior Talent Acquisition at SHEIN since November 2023, Alice previously held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at Sirio Pharma from May 2021 to October 2023. Prior to that, Alice worked at ATOMIC Recruitment China, where responsibilities included recruitment and industry mapping as an HRBP and as a 360° recruitment consultant in the IT function. Alice began the career at Michael Page as a Consultant before progressing to Associate Consultant. Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chinese Language and Literature from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
