Chloe Chan is a Project Specialist at SHEIN since March 2024, previously serving as an Executive within the Governance team at Tan Tock Seng Hospital. In her role at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Chloe collaborated with Synapxe and NHG stakeholders to create a unified identity portal for the Next Generation Electronic Medical Records (NGEMR) system, and established training workflows for credentialed trainers. Prior to that, Chloe also worked at SHEIN as a Project Coordinator and in Government & Public Relations, where responsibilities included supporting key events and conducting research on trends affecting the e-commerce landscape. Earlier experience includes a role at the Civil Service College focused on learning interventions and a position at UOB as a Customer Service Representative. Chloe holds a Bachelor of Social Science in Psychology from Singapore Management University and has also studied at the University of Melbourne.
