Jia (Iris) Chen is an experienced e-commerce expert and strategic digital marketer with over 7 years in the Fashion, Beauty, and Wellness industry, specializing in B2B and B2C account management. Jia has previously held positions at renowned companies such as TikTok, where they served as Senior Partnerships Manager and Category Lead, and THG, where they worked as Senior E-commerce Executive and Brand Marketing Manager.
