Katrina Z.

Katrina Z. is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR and Admin for the APAC region at SHEIN since January 2021, where involvement includes collaboration with senior leaders to align reward strategies with business objectives. Prior roles at SHEIN include Head of HR and Admin for Southeast Asia and Regional Human Resources Expert, during which significant contributions included establishing key HR policies and projects in the Singapore office. Earlier experience includes serving as Office Manager at China Huadian Corporation and as an Executive at Resorts World Sentosa. Katrina Z. holds a Master’s degree from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore.
