Leon Li

Leon Li currently serves as President of SHEIN Technology LLC and the SHEIN Europe Technology Center, while also holding the position of General Manager for Global Security & Risk Management and Chief Security Officer at SHEIN since September 2021. Prior to this, Leon Li was Vice President of Comcast Cybersecurity, overseeing global cybersecurity engineering and operations and managing various aspects of data protection and cyber threat intelligence from March 2016 to September 2021. Leon Li's extensive experience also includes key roles at Capital One as Director of Network Security Engineering & Operations, BP in Security Engineering, Operations & Risk Management, and EY as Manager of the Advanced Security Center. Leon Li holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Lamar University and completed the Executive Education program at The Wharton School.
