Lydia Li

Lydia Li is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and HR business partnership. Currently serving as the Regional HR Business Partner Lead for EMEA at SHEIN since May 2019, Lydia has held various roles within the organization, including Project Management Officer and HRBP Lead for Singapore and Thailand. Prior to joining SHEIN, Lydia worked at GOMO as a Recruiting Team Lead, focusing on talent acquisition, and at ROCA International Limited as a Recruitment Consultant, managing the full recruitment process. Lydia holds a degree from Southern Medical University, completed in 2014.
