Marcin Mezyk

Marcin Mezyk serves as the President of the Management Board and Director of the Poland Warehouse at SHEIN since August 2022, being the first employee in Poland and successfully establishing the warehouse network from inception. Prior experience includes a tenure at Amazon from June 2014 to July 2022, where Marcin held several key roles including Senior Operations Manager, responsible for MEU Non-Sortable Reverse Logistics Operations, and Operations Manager, achieving significant improvements in quality KPI performance. Additional experience spans roles at CEVA Logistics, DHL, Geodis, and UPS Supply Chain Solutions, with extensive responsibilities in logistics and operations management. Marcin holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Logistics Systems Design and Operation from WSB University and several certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Management, and Project Management.
