Nikita is a founding member at SHEIN India, currently managing the category and focusing on growth initiatives. They have previously held roles as a marketing and strategy intern at Suguna Group and as a digital marketing intern at Miskaa, where they significantly boosted client engagement. Nikita has also gained experience through internships in social media marketing and graphic design, contributing to organizations such as the Humanity Welfare Council and Shivalik Prints Ltd.
