Olivia M. currently serves as the Director of E-Commerce Platform Services at SHEIN, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Olivia worked at Arise Virtual Solutions Inc. from January 2020 to February 2023 as a Virtual Customer Service Representative, providing inbound phone customer service and technical support. Olivia also owned and operated Open Windowz Boutique, an online retail store for women's fashion and handmade crafts, from February 2017 to 2020.
