Pedro Bezerra

Pedro Bezerra is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in project management and people operations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at SHEIN since November 2023, Pedro previously held the position of LatAm People Operations Manager at WeWork from September 2020 to November 2023. Pedro's background includes significant roles at KPMG Brazil as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, alongside experience in business process management at CMOC International Brasil. Early career roles include internships at SESC RN and the District Attorney’s Office of Rio Grande do Norte, as well as positions in sales and administrative management. Pedro holds a Master's degree in Project Management from BSP - Business School São Paulo and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Norte, supplemented by an exchange program at Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
