Rodrigo Eimori

Rodrigo Eimori is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic growth and operations. Currently serving as the Marketing Director at SHEIN since June 2025, Rodrigo previously held the position of Head of Marketing & Growth at Conta Azul, where responsibilities included defining growth strategies and managing a team of 15. Prior to that, Rodrigo was the Director of Marketing & Growth for Latin America at Favo, overseeing a team of 50 and formulating the company’s growth strategy. Earlier roles include Head of Operations Strategy and Planning at Getnet - Brasil, focusing on strategy, data, and process improvement while managing a team of 15. Rodrigo holds an MBA from INSEAD and a specialization in Corporate Finance from FIA Business School.
