Tiny Liang is currently the Turkiye HRBP at SHEIN and has garnered five years of recruiting experience, including roles at a leading headhunter agency and a mobile game company. Previously, Tiny served as a Senior Recruitment Specialist at GOAT GAMES, where they successfully led global talent strategies and initiated impactful projects like campus recruitment. Prior to that, Tiny worked as a Consultant at Michael Page, focusing on technology hiring needs in Southern China. They are pursuing dual undergraduate degrees in Human Resource Management and English Language and Literature from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.
