Vincent Liu serves as the General Counsel of the Americas at SHEIN, leading legal and compliance teams across Brazil, Canada, Mexico, and the United States. In previous roles, Vincent acted as Senior Corporate Counsel for Amazon's International eCommerce Consumer division and served as Deputy General Counsel at Coupang, where responsibilities encompassed managing a large legal team across multiple countries. Vincent's legal expertise spans across complex civil litigation and intellectual property, having practiced at reputable firms such as Akerman LLP and Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP. Vincent holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Harvard Law School and a B.S./B.A. in Computer Science and Economics from Case Western Reserve University.
