Zili Chen

Zili Chen is an experienced product manager with a focus on enhancing content management platforms and improving service efficiency through innovative feature expansion. Currently at SHEIN since November 2021, Zili has previously held product management roles at 货拉拉 and 美宜佳, where responsibilities included advancing location-based services and standardizing service quality, respectively. Zili’s early career includes internships as a product designer at 金山, improving user experience for WPS Android, and as an interaction designer at 美的集团, crafting interactions for various systems. Zili holds an MDes in Design Innovation & Service Design from The Glasgow School of Art and the University of Glasgow, as well as a bachelor's degree in product design from Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai.
