Douglas Campbell

Douglas Campbell is an accomplished civil engineering professional with extensive experience in highway engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Team Leader and Senior Highway Engineer at Sheladia Associates Inc. since January 2012, Douglas has overseen the National Highways of India Project NH-14, a significant 244 km, four-lane expressway. Prior to this role, Douglas was a Team Leader at Carl Bro, where from January 2009 to December 2011, leadership was provided for the successful completion of an 84 km four-lane expressway, including the construction of major bridges. Douglas also contributed as a Team Leader at Louis Berger Group from February 1995 to April 2003, managing multiple highway projects in Bangladesh, encompassing 265 km of highways and various structures. Educationally, Douglas holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering and Construction Project Management from the Eastern Ontario Institute of Technology, complemented by an academic diploma in Architectural Drafting from Ottawa Technical High School.
