David M. Jakubowski Jr.

David M. Jakubowski Jr. is an Assistant Portfolio Manager at Shelbourne since December 2021. Prior to this, David M. worked as a Property Management Intern at State Market Hartford LLC from January 2017 to December 2021, and as a Property Management Assistant at CT Lineage LLC from January 2017 to October 2018. David is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate at Fordham University, expected to graduate in August 2025, after obtaining a Bachelor of Arts in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Connecticut in 2020.
