Andi Wandt

Andi Wandt is an experienced professional in the cheese production and food industry, currently serving as the Creamery Manager at Shelburne Farms since July 2023. Prior roles include Production Manager and Cheesemaker at Jasper Hill Farm from July 2021 to July 2023, and Cheesemaker at Tomales Farmstead Creamery in early 2020. Andi also held the position of Market Manager at Point Reyes Farmer’s Market and worked as a Consultant, Cheesemaker-in-Residence at Daily Driver in 2021. Previous experiences include a significant tenure at Whole Foods Market from 2012 to 2017 in various specialty positions and a Group Leader role at Camp Wayne For Girls from 2008 to 2011.
