Morgan Rainville, RDN, LD, is a seasoned registered dietitian currently working at The EDGE Sports & Fitness since July 2023. With extensive experience in food safety and management, Morgan has been instrumental at Shelburne Farms since March 2017, serving as Creamery Manager and Food Safety Leader, overseeing the Food Safety Plan and facilitating audits. Previous roles include Farm to School Outreach Assistant at Essex Town School District, where Morgan managed community gardens and conducted taste tests of local produce, and Wellness Program Coordinator at Cerner Wellness, where wellness programs were developed for clients. Early career experiences include customer service and gardening positions. Morgan holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics, Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Vermont and completed a Dietetic Internship at The Christ Hospital.

We advance education for sustainability and farm-to-school initiatives in Vermont, nationally, and internationally through our programs and partnerships, including our Sustainable Schools Project, partnership in Vermont FEED, Northeast Regional Lead for the National Farm to School Network, as backbone organization of the Farm-based Education Network, and more.
