Previously, Hill held the position of Administrator & Executive Director at Shelby County Government, overseeing the Parks & Grounds Maintenance Department from October 2018 to July 2023. Notable roles also include serving as a Sr. Program Manager for the National Recreation and Park Association, and as the Administrator of Youth and Family Services for the City of Memphis. Hill’s extensive experience encompasses program management, community engagement, and operational leadership across various governmental and nonprofit organizations.
