Angela Hill

Angela Hill, CPRP, currently serves as the Deputy Administrator for Environmental Health & Sustainability at the Shelby County Government Health Department since May 2023. Previously, Hill held the position of Administrator & Executive Director at Shelby County Government, overseeing the Parks & Grounds Maintenance Department from October 2018 to July 2023. Notable roles also include serving as a Sr. Program Manager for the National Recreation and Park Association, and as the Administrator of Youth and Family Services for the City of Memphis. Hill’s extensive experience encompasses program management, community engagement, and operational leadership across various governmental and nonprofit organizations. Hill holds a Master of Science in Conflict Management from Kennesaw State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, along with certifications from the NRPA.
