Alicia Lindsey

Alicia J. Lindsey, CPA, CGMA, CCFO, currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at the Shelby County Sheriff's Office since June 2023 and is the Business Owner of Lindsey Accounting and Tax Services since December 2005. Previously, Alicia held various leadership roles at Shelby County Government, including Deputy Chief Administrative Officer, where responsibilities encompassed contract management, budget preparation, and audit coordination. Alicia also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Memphis-Shelby County Schools, overseeing a $1.3 billion budget and facilitating major budgetary transformations. With a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and ongoing Master of Public Administration studies from the University of Memphis, Alicia has accumulated extensive experience in financial management, strategic planning, and accounting across diverse governmental and educational institutions.
