Ann Schwieso has extensive experience in banking, currently serving as CFO/COO and Director of the Shelby County State Bank Board of Directors since August 2005. In this role, Schwieso implements a consistent sales and service culture across seven retail locations while managing a deposit portfolio exceeding $230 million in assets. Prior to this, Schwieso worked as a Personal Banker at Commercial Federal Bank from May 2002 to August 2005. Schwieso holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Iowa State University, obtained in 2002, and is a graduate of Harlan Community High School, class of 1998.
