Luke Denison

Luke Denison is currently a software engineer at Shelf Engine. Prior to this, they were a software engineering manager at Polly from October 2017 to January 2021, where they worked with Typescript, node, React, and AWS. Before that, they were a senior software engineer at Hepta Control Systems from January 2015 to October 2017, where they built real-time autonomous data center operation systems using Java, Angular, SQL, and Mongo.

Denison began their career as an IT systems administrator at Rainbow Rehabilitation Centers from October 2009 to April 2011, where they provided administrative services for the entire infrastructure stack. Luke then became a software developer at Eastern Michigan University from April 2011 to December 2014 before taking on the role of help desk technician at the same institution from January 2007 to May 2009.

Luke Denison has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s of Science from Eastern Michigan University.
