Larysa Oliynyk

Larysa Oliynyk has a wealth of work experience. Larysa began their career in 2006 as an HR/Recruiting Manager at N-iX. In 2015, they co-founded the HR School and authored a book. In 2016, they became an R&D Project Manager at Altran. In 2020, they worked as a Product Owner at Surprise.com, where they were responsible for creating product roadmaps, administering Jira boards, and leading SDLC for software development teams. Larysa then moved on to FabApp, where they were a Product Manager for a brand-new online educational platform. In 2021, they began working at Shelf as a Lead Product Manager and Product Manager.

Larysa Oliynyk has a Master's degree in Documentation and Informational Analysis from Lviv Polytechnic National University, obtained between 2001 and 2006. Larysa also attended UCU Business School (LvBS) between 2018 and 2019 to take short-term programs on Project Management and Finances. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including Advanced Product Management: Vision, Strategy & Metrics from Udemy in September 2021, Product Analytics from Projector School in May 2021, Certified SAFe® 5 Product Owner/Product Manager from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2021, ISO/IEC 27001 Foundation from PECB in November 2017, ISO 9001 Lead Implementer from PECB in 2017, and PHR, Professional in Human Resources Certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2012.
