Lukiana Kiral has been working in the recruitment and marketing fields since 2018. In 2021, they began working as a Recruitment Sourcer for Shelf and a Creative Manager for Bang SMM. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Marketing Manager and Technical Writer for JetSoftPro. Prior to that, they worked as a Recruiter and Researcher for IT Education Academy (ITEA). As a Recruiter, their duties included searching candidates according to job profile requirements, working with social media, selecting candidates and screening resumes, communicating and providing all the necessary information to candidates, and interviewing candidates. As a Researcher, their duties included searching candidates according to job profile requirements, working with social media, selecting candidates and screening resumes, communicating and providing all the necessary information to candidates, and preparing and collecting all of the necessary information before the interview and transferring it to the recruiter.

Lukiana Kiral obtained a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics and Informatics from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv between 2016 and 2020. Lukiana is currently enrolled at Projector Institute for Graphic Design, beginning in 2022. Additionally, Lukiana has obtained several certifications, including an EF SET English Certificate 76/100 (C2 Proficient) from EF Standard English Test (EF SET) in November 2021, HTML Fundamentals from SoloLearn in December 2019, SQL Fundamentals from SoloLearn in December 2019, Technical Writing from Coursera in December 2019, Clients Needs and Software Requirements from Coursera in October 2019, a Business Analysis course from IT Education Academy (ITEA) in August 2019, an English Intermediate course (B1 level) from Green Forest in February 2019, and Intro to HTML, CSS from Udacity in September 2018.
