Tom Belote

Tom Belote is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in various technical roles. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Drata since August 2023, Tom previously held positions such as Lead Software Engineer at NextRoll, where leadership involved processing billions of daily events for AdRoll email communications. As the founder of ShelfSet, Tom developed a machine learning application for measuring shelf space market share, and as a Senior Software Engineer at Braze, contributed to iOS SDK development for major brand mobile apps. Earlier experience includes significant roles at Okta as a Software Architect and at Kincast, which Tom co-founded.
