Duncan Hart

Duncan Hart is an accomplished professional in international development and strategic partnerships, currently serving as the FCDO Strategic Partnerships Manager at Shell Foundation, where the goal is to assist 60 million people in earning a living income through clean energy by 2032. With extensive experience as a Senior Consultant at Nyamera, a Director and Co-Founder of Shirk Ale Houses Ltd, and a Regional Director for Africa at the National Foundation for Educational Research, Duncan has successfully managed projects and relationships across various sectors. Previous roles include Emergency Response Manager at the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, and Operations Manager for the ASCEND project at Crown Agents.
