Ian Christian Valenzuela

Ian Christian Valenzuela has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ian Christian is currently employed at Shell Pilipinas Corporation as the Chief Information Officer and Data Privacy Officer since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked for Shell from 2006 to 2023, holding positions such as Data Privacy & Information Management Lead and Information Management Compliance Specialist. From 2018 to 2020, they ventured into entrepreneurship as the Business Owner of Sin Turon, a successful food stall business. Additionally, they gained customer service experience at NCO Group from 2004 to 2006.

Ian Christian Valenzuela obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on business management and entrepreneurship from San Beda College between 2000 and 2004. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in EU General Data Protection Regulation Foundation (GDPR F) and EU General Data Protection Regulation Practitioner (GDPR P) from IBITGQ in the year 2023.
