Aidar Nurallinov

Aidar Nurallinov is a proactive process engineer and current Development Planning Team Lead at Shell, where they have been seconded to the NCOC Kashagan Project. With experience spanning from mud logging at CNLC to project coordination and process engineering at NCOC, Aidar has demonstrated strong technical and analytical skills in the oil and gas industry. They hold a Master's Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and have previously served as an oil and gas supply coordinator at Tarbagatay Munay. Aidar is recognized for their excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to build relationships at all organizational levels.
