Borhan Abdelgawad

Borhan Abdelgawad, P.Eng, M.A.Sc, is a Senior Process Operation Engineer and Technologist specializing in Heavy Paraffin Synthesis at Shell. They have previously held various engineering roles at Shell from 2020 to 2023, where they contributed to hydrogen manufacturing and hydroconversion processes. Borhan's career began with a Process Engineering Internship at Total E&P in 2010. They earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical from McGill University and a Master of Applied Science in Chemical Engineering from École Polytechnique de Montréal, where they also served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant.
