Carlito Lubay Jr.

Carlito Lubay Jr. is a Senior Process Data Engineer at Shell, a position held since September 2016, and has been with SunPower Philippines Manufacturing Module as a New Product Introduction Engineer since October 2010. At SunPower Corporation since January 2006, Carlito transitioned from roles as a New Product Introduction Engineer to Yield Technician and Sr. Lead Technician, focusing on process development, troubleshooting, and yield improvement. Carlito possesses a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Technological University of the Philippines - Visayas, which was completed in 2005. Through extensive experience, Carlito has demonstrated expertise in process qualifications, root cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing significantly to the successful transition of new products into manufacturing and improving overall operational efficiency.
