Fed Amagna

Fed Amagna, CSCP, is currently an Additives and Base Oil Planning Manager and SBO Community Lead for LSC and Sales and Marketing at Shell, where they have held multiple positions since 2017. Prior to this role, they served as a Customer Operations Specialist and Team Leader, developing a wealth of experience in customer operations within Latin America. Fed began their career as a Technical Support Representative at Teleperformance from 2007 to 2009. They earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Centro Escolar University between 2009 and 2012.
