Fiona O'Brien

Fiona O'Brien is currently the People Movement Lead at Shell, where they manage the logistics and safe movement of personnel to the Prelude asset. With over 30 years of experience in planning and project controls across the oil and gas industry, Fiona has previously held significant roles at companies including Woodside Energy, INPEX, and Chevron. Their expertise encompasses schedule management, risk analysis, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement in project management processes. Fiona holds multiple qualifications in project management, including a graduate certificate from RMIT University and certifications from Shell Open University.
