Gerald Dash

Gerald Dash is an experienced professional with over two decades in the energy sector, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Accounts for Renewables and Energy Solutions at Shell since July 2003. In this role, Gerald manages decarbonization and sustainability initiatives by establishing strategic partnerships and driving energy transitions across key sectors in the Americas. Previous positions at Shell include Global Category Manager for Drilling and Logging Services, Wells Engineering Team Lead for the Permian and Latin America, and various roles focused on drilling operations and performance improvement. Gerald began a career in the energy industry after earning a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, complemented by an earlier degree in Physics from The University of the West Indies.
