James Hall

James Hall is a Senior Business Advisor and Chief of Staff to the Group Crisis Team at Shell, specializing in security, government affairs, external relations, and crisis management. With over fourteen years of experience at the executive committee and board level, James has successfully navigated complex stakeholder relationships in challenging geopolitical environments. Prior to their current role, James served as a National Security Expert and Diplomat at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and held various positions at Shell, including Vice President of Corporate Security and Government Relations. James is a graduate of the University of Cambridge, where they earned a BA (Honours) and an MA in History.
