Kuo Tong Soo is an accomplished Senior Corporate M&A Lead at Shell since 2013, bringing extensive expertise in end-to-end mergers and acquisitions across various sectors including Upstream, Integrated Gas, Renewables, and Downstream throughout the APAC region. Prior to Shell, Kuo served as an Assistant Vice President in M&A at Barclays Capital, focusing on corporate finance and mergers. Kuo's earlier experience includes significant roles at the Ministry of Trade and Industry in Singapore, where responsibilities encompassed strategy, economics, and sector coverage in electronics, finance, and real estate. Kuo holds an MBA from INSEAD, a Master of Science in Economics for Development from the University of Oxford, and a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Economics from UCL.
