Pablo Tejera Cuesta

Pablo Tejera Cuesta is an experienced executive in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as the General Manager for Pre-Salt Assets in Brazil at Shell since December 2000, overseeing significant production operations across multiple offshore fields. Throughout a distinguished career at Shell, Pablo has held various leadership roles including General Manager of the Deepwater Portfolio, General Manager for Upstream Development in Mexico, and Venture Manager for several deepwater projects in the Gulf of Mexico. With a solid educational background including a PhD in Fluid Dynamics from the University of Bristol and an engineering degree from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, Pablo has also been instrumental in subsurface team leadership in both Brazil and Canada, alongside substantial contributions to reservoir engineering and enhanced oil recovery initiatives.
