Pooja Singh Mehta

Pooja Singh Mehta currently serves as the Global Lead for Learning Strategy at Shell since February 2023. Prior to this role, Pooja held various senior positions at NIIT from October 2001 to February 2023, including Vice President of Consulting & Advisory Services, Principal Consultant, and Regional Vice President of the Consulting & Advisory Practice. Pooja's expertise encompasses learning strategy consulting, optimization of training functions, outsourcing strategy definition, content development, and eLearning deployment. Educational qualifications include a BA in English from Lady Shri Ram College, an MA in English from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, a Postgraduate Degree in Business Administration from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and an ISC in Science from Sophia Girls School.
